Privacy

Useful analytics, never forced on you.

Ecoreact only runs its in-house analytics and Google Analytics once you agree. They exist to understand which pages are read and how visitors move between them, so the public site can improve.

Your choice

Freely given, freely withdrawn consent

The legal basis for this measurement is your consent. Declining blocks no feature of the site, and the accept and decline buttons are presented as equals.

The shield icon, always available in the bottom-left corner, lets you change your mind. Withdrawing stops any future collection immediately, clears the in-house identifiers and the Google Analytics cookies reachable from this site, then requests deletion of the matching pseudonymous history.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals switch measurement off automatically. No consent is ever shared with advertising features.

Data minimisation

Our integration sends no account identifier or form content. It only distinguishes whether or not an Ecoreact session is active. Advertising features and Google Signals stay switched off.

Pseudonymisation

In-house measurement uses a random identifier unrelated to your Ecoreact account. Once you agree, Google Analytics sets “_ga” cookies to tell visitors and sessions apart.

Restricted access

Statistics are available to authorised Ecoreact administrators. Supabase hosts the in-house measurement and Google processes the Google Analytics data.

Easy withdrawal

Withdrawing consent stops both measurements, deletes the in-house identifiers and the Google Analytics cookies reachable on the site, and requests deletion of the related in-house history.

Data and recipients

Data processedIn-house measurement records random identifiers, generic paths, visit dates and a flag indicating whether an Ecoreact session was active, without an account identifier. Google Analytics receives, among other things, the page viewed, browser and device details, and an approximate location.
RecipientsAuthorised Ecoreact administrators for the statistics, Supabase for the in-house measurement and Google for Google Analytics.
ScopePublic pages only. The authentication, personal and administration areas are excluded from measurement.

Advertiser enquiries

Contact information

The advertiser form collects the company name, the contact’s name and work email, and any campaign details you choose to share. They are used only to qualify and answer the request.

Requests are kept in the Ecoreact administration inbox, available to authorised administrators. Supabase hosts this data. Resend may receive a copy of the message to notify the team by email.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your request by replying to the conversation started with Ecoreact. Prospecting information is kept for the duration of the exchange, then for at most three years after the last contact.
